Unfortunately we do not have Eagle files for this board. Even though it’s red and has our logo on it, this product is one of a few items we carry that a contractor makes for us and the contractor will not release the CAD files.
The easiest way to get measures would be with a set of calipers. If you can make a 1:1 photocopy sometimes it’s easier to draw lines on that and then measure those with a precision ruler or a set of calipers.
If I’m not mistaken, isn’t this board designed by the folks at Zio?
If so, they produce OSHW and actually have the Eagle files for their own version of the board (and all their designs) available on Github: https://github.com/ZIOCC/Qwiic_OLED_128x32
Should I reach out to them about the SparkFun version?
Yes it is made by Zio and the SparkFun version is a derivative of LCD-16774 also made by Zio.
Zio didn’t supply us with the CAD files, you could try them and see if they will release them to you but I don’t know what their policy is on that for a product they manufacture for us. They may be willing to release a mechanical drawing or CAD files showing the board dimensions and dimensions of the holes, I’d ask for that over the full CAD files, they are much more likely to supply just dimensions over files for the entire assembly.
I contacted Zio but they never responded to my request.
Chris, would you be able to reach out to them to request the Eagle files? I don’t know the under what license the OLED displays are produced, but given that all of Zio products are open source, I don’t see why SparkFun wouldn’t have access to them.
