I purchased a Raspberry Pi Monitor - Red/White (SKU: LCD-27642) and SUPPORT TOLD ME I MUST CREATE A POST HERE. Despite powering it from multiple approved power supplies and directly from a pi 5 it does not power on. No lights No screen.

If you’ve ruled out power and you’re sending it video but it doesn’t turn on, I’d say you got a dud. Might fill out a RMA request.
Darn; does sound like a DoA unit.
