The first issue is with the Raspberry Pi Zero itself. It won’t turn on at all. I have tried it with the official power supply for my other Raspberry Pi as well as other power supply cords, this is including connected to a computer, table top usb, and as well as a wall outlet.

The second issue I’ve had was with the clear mounting plate. My screws broke off in/on the plate. I was asking if I could have them both replaced, the Pi and the mounting plate. I bought the kit on January 24th. My order number is 5897182.

Thank you for reaching out to us. If you’ve tried several methods to power the pi and it’s not turning on then it could be damaged/defective. At this point, I would suggest that we can start an RMA process for you. You’ll have to visit our [Returns Form. That form gets the RMA process started formally.
