Read a specific unknown RFID Chip

Hi, so I want to read an unknown RFID Chip. I have been trying to read it for a while now but I keep failing.

First of all, the chip stores data (most probably in EEPROM) and operates at frequency of 13.56 Mhz. I was able to find a transmitter created by Fuji Xerox that is able to read/write the chip.

If you are able to identify anything about it or if you have any helpful information, please let me know.

Also will any 13.56 Module be able to read it or how does it work?

If your phone has a NFC reader, you might give that a try.
