I’ve followed all of the tutorials and troubleshooting steps but I can’t get my Macbook to detect the RedBoard QWIIC as a USB device. I’ve installed the most up to date FTDI driver, CH340 driver, and Arduino IDE. The board simply isn’t being picked up and is absent in the System Report under USB.
When it is plugged into the computer, the ON LED is solidly lit and the TX LED flashes, no other LEDs are lit. I’ve tried other cables with no luck.
Does it work on an alternate PC/device? Try testing it on a different work station…does it function for Windows or Linux?

I have a Redboard Qwiic and a windows 11 laptop, windows and Arduino IDE do not detect the board when lugged in, I have tried to install the fdti and ch340 drivers but it is nit working, is this a windows 11 problem or is there something else I should try?
