Question is how can I reduce a dewalt flexvolt 60v battery output down to 40v the most efficient way.
I will be using an adapter that converts the battery to 60v output.
A DC-DC converter would be the most efficient way to reduce 60 volts to 40.
I don’t see any that sparkfun carries that would work for you but Mouser or Digi-Key might have something that would work.
