I was referred here by the folks at ProTech Robotics where I purchased my Roostick. They’ve not been able to help me and suggested this forum.
I can’t seem to get the Roostick driver to load and recognize the Roostick. I’ve done this from scratch maybe 5 times with no luck.
Win XP Pro SP3.
I download SFE_USB_Drivers-v011.zip, unzip it and run PreInstaller.exe. After a short while it reports “Installation Successful.”
I then insert the Roostick and Windows says “USB Device Not Recognized.”
Device manager shows nothing under Ports but does show an Unknown Device under Universal Serial Bus controllers.
Any thoughts?
