I purchased my SparkFun RTK Express Kit, June 10, it arrived June 14 2023. I have only used it a couple of times and no more than 10 - 20 hours max. A few days I have some work that would require high precision so I tried to use it. Unfortunately it was dead, no power, no display, nothing. I charged it for a few hours and it is still not working at all.
I like the RTK express Kit. I just want to have a working unit. Please let me know how to obtain RMA for replacement.
As I said on the subject, I have submitted request for RMA about 4 days ago. There is no response. So I submitted another one today and I hope somebody will respond. I don’t think I need any troubleshooting. My RTK express unit is not working at all. I have tested the USB charger/adapter to be functioning properly.
