RTK-Express: no configuration possible?

I would like to configure my RTK EXPRESS. To do this, I connect the ConfigESP32-Port to my computer via a USB-C cable. But in Device-Manager is no Com-Port displayed, but an exclamation mark.

Have tried several computers. The exclamation mark always shows up. I can not connect. There is a sound signal, it is also recognized, but a warning triangle with an exclamation mark appears.

Is there anything I can do?

Try re-installing the CH340 drivers and see if that helps https://learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials/sp … -need-them

Also, if that doesn’t work try connecting to a different PC

On your linked tutorial, two drivers are offered: one on the English page and one on a Mandarin page. For me, only the driver on the Mandarin page works.
