RTK Facet Elevation Reference System

I am using 2 Sparkfun RTK Facet GNSS RTK receiver, one as a base station and one as a rover, to determine the elevation of certain points around my work site. I have some reference points taken by surveyors to compare to, and there is a consistent difference in the elevations of about 4 ft.

My question is: What is the elevation reference system SparkFun uses to determine the elevation? The survey points I am comparing to use NAVD 88.

How tall is the pole your antenna is mounted on?

The RTK product line outputs a WGS84 based coordinate system. This tutorial may be of some help: https://docs.sparkfun.com/SparkFun_RTK_ … ification/
