Update. I found another Facet to replace the defunct one and was able to complete my project (I will likely be getting more projects now). It worked great in pair with the antennae - I was at 14mm accuracy - .34 inches. It was amazing using them in conjunction with SWMaps. The videos were right, the units are great. I don’t know why the unit you sent me didn’t work out of the box, it doesn’t make sense now that I have two working ones. If you don’t do product testing for each unit you send out then you should, at least test firmware update and basic function (location and accuracy against a known standard in your office).
