Hi, my facet won’t turn on with the power button. Following other posts, I opened the unit, made sure all the flex cables were reseated but no luck. The internal power button works, with that the unit powers up and functions normally. It also will not turn off with the external power button. Battery is charged. I suspect it must be the membrane switch then? But I will leave it to the experts.

Apologies for the hassle. It does sound like the membrane switch has failed.
We do have the membrane and display available as replacement parts.
We can also replace the membrane for you. This is chargeable if the unit is over 12 months old. Please start a return, and please include your order number and a link to this conversation.
