GNSS RTK Facet won't turn on

I’ve had the Facet for a couple of months and worked fine. Today I checked the battery level, because I was supposed to use the unit tomorrow, and started charging it since it was about 3/4. After about an hour, I disconnected the unit and tried to turn it on but nothing happened. Tried holding the power button for 10s and got no response.

When connecting the unit to the computer, I do get the charging yellow led. Still no display but I briefly get two COM ports, but they disappear after a couple of seconds.

Opened the unit, disconnected and reconnected the battery but nothing changed. Connecting cables seem fine. I do get the orange interior stat led when pressing the internal or external power button.

I’m out of ideas. What could be the problem?

That indicates to me the system is powering on and responding, but the display has failed. My apologies for the hassle! You can either send the unit back for warranty repair or we can send you a replacement display kit. Docs are here but you’re already 80% there.

Please send me a replacement display kit. We”ll save some time this way. What info do you need?
