Pi4 doesn’t recognize the postcard when you plug it into a USB?
Serial is enabled

should it?

research indicates CH340 comes with linux.
I don’t see it with lsusb or dev
it sees my mouse and keyboard wireless dingles no prob
gpsd running

Only other thing I can think of is your USB-C cable might be charge only.
