we are using RTK surveyor and express, it works well but loose the configuration every time we switch it off. Please what 's the way to register the config in the device using u-center?

The coin cell battery takes about 48 hours to fully charge via usb the first time, try leaving it plugged in to charge for a while and see if that changes things
