I got a SAM7-EX256 evaluation board and a wiggler, but i tried to install the JTAG Scan Chain Analyzer and had the message:
Scan chain returned all 1’s
can anyone help me to solve the problem and at least read the mcu memory?!
it’s a bit urgent
