Hi, thanks for the post.
Can you describe exactly what is happening when you try to use the Pro RF with your computer? Could you go over whether or not the board is showing up as a port setting at all and if so, what is shows up as? Have you tried a different OS or computer by chance?
Blue CHG led flashes
It will not autodetect board
only Port choice is /dev/cu.Bluetooth-Incoming-Port
Have not tried it on any other computer
I think you might have to delete old drivers, reinstall them and reboot.
Try Googling “/dev/cu.Bluetooth-Incoming-Port Catalina 10.15.7” - There seems to be plenty of driver issues with chips similar to the SAMD21 and that specific OS.
Hope this helps.
I deleted drivers and rebooted. Did not fix problem. My understanding is that the MacOS does not need any drivers to be installed

Mac and Linux
Mac and Linux users shouldn’t need to download any drivers. The device should show up as a serial port as soon as it’s plugged in to your computer.
I installed new MacOS Big Sur hoping that would fix the problem. It did not. Perhaps it is the board itself. Should the Pwr led be solid ON when the board is plugged in? It is not. Should I see the board as a drive under MacOs Locations? I do notTS-John:

Is the power switch on?
Have you tried a different USB cable?
