SAND51 Thing Plus not showing up in USB list in Win10.

I followed the instruction on setting it in Win10.

I plug in the board and press the reset button double click.

It dose not show up in COM list or in Win10 device manager.

How can I get Win10 to recognize it?

When you double tap the reset button, you have to do it quick like you’re double clicking a mouse. These can be hard to double tap with a finger, you might try a stick or the eraser end of a pencil to see if that works for you.

Also, you might try a different USB cable, some cables provide power only while others provide power and data. You need a cable that provides both power and data.
