scan returned 0x3f error

Hi all,

I am working with ARM-USB-OCD. While running the openocd.exe iam getting the following error.

jtag_validate_chain(): Error validating JTAG scan chain, IR Mismatch, scan returned 0x3f.

I have been trying different options and none is working, like changing JTAG speed, changing the power jumper, im powering the ARM-USB-OCD using USB cable. LED is turning from green to red. Im using FTD2xx in windows.

Also wanted to know abt the RTCK and TSRST_n pins functionality.

Can anyone give any suggestion regarding this?

I have sorted out the problem, the problem was with the reset in the target board.
