Hi,

Is the Temperature Sensor - Waterproof (DS18B20) in SEN-11050 a genuine Dallas/maxim part?

I know the data sheet listed is for the authentic part but most encapsulated sensors contain a compatible but not genuine part.

Last time I cut one open it appeared to be the real McCoy but unfortunately we don’t have a way of telling for sure. It’s probably safer to assume they are not genuine.
