Can the Temperature Sensor - Waterproof (DS18B20)(SEN-11050) be used in liquids that contains high sugar and acid?
ex)unrefined sake or soy sauce

I tried it in water only. As far as I know the DS18B20 probe can stand harsh environment like the soil. So, soy sauce shouldn’t be a problem. Let’s see what the manufacturers say.
