Food safety of SEN-11050 (waterproof temperature sensor)

I have two questions about SEN-11050.

  1. Is the sensor food safe for a temperature range between 32 and 95 F (0 and 35C) ?

  2. Would it be still food safe if placed inside a water container permanently?
