I’m looking for an engineering drawing showing dimensions , hole locations, and hole diameters for the VL53L1X board.
Is there a good place I can find this?

Hello Ben,
The best accuracy you can get would be to open the Eagle .brd file and use the “Dimension” tool to measure your points. You can find those files [here.
If you’d like I took some of those measurements and you can find a picture [here.
Values are in inches.
