SEN-14843 The thermo module is not working

The thermo module is not working. When attached to the Raspberry Pi 2 WH, it shows ex1, and all buses are displayed. Normally, only one should be displayed.
When attached to the Raspberry Pi 5, it shows ex2 and is not displayed. In both cases, the display does not appear as intended.
The connections are 3.3V, GPIO2 (SDA), GPIO3 (SCL), and GND.

I suspect this is the same issue as here Issue regarding Sparkfun MLX90640 110 Degree Sensor / I2c doesn't detect sensor

If you’re comfortable with de-soldering/re-soldering it’s an easy fix. If not, we can send a replacement, just let me know!

Thank you very much. I tried removing the solder and connecting via the QWIIC cable, but the situation is the same from your side as well.

Was it purchased from us? If so head over to Return Policy - SparkFun Electronics (contact vendor if purchased elsewhere) and we’ll get ya squared away
