Nothing here is UL rated, it’s all hobby grade stuff.
UL 94V-0 is a flame retardant rating for the PCB material itself, not of the actual product. Now that you mention it, I don’t recall any Sparkfun products stamped 94V-0

Strictly speaking, UL 94 rating is for plastic materials for parts in devices and appliances. The PCB is but one of many possible parts. Ultimately the device or appliance gets the UL rating if all the material within it complies with the standard. We used to use UL 94 rating for flammability compliance of avionic equipment, but the newer avionics standards took care of that, and UL 94 is not sufficient anymore.
Anyway, as PCBs go most FR-4 type material is rated for some version of UL 94. There are some that are rated even higher. The phenolic-type material is usually one of the most flammable types. Small components (usually most ICs, resistors, capacitors, etc) are considered non-flammable because they can’t sustain the flame - they can blow and perhaps cause an ignition, but they do not have enough material to sustain the burning.
