Servo Address does not show SparkFun Auto pHAT for Raspberry Pi

I connected SparkFun Auto pHAT to my Jetson Orin Nano development kit. I do not see the servo PCA9685’s address as below

Are you using any external power for servos? If yes, verify that the ground is shared with the Jetson Orin Nano.

As attached, just the board is connected to Nano

That ostensibly looks like to correct hookup orientation; is the pHat fully seated onto the pins? What are those 2 extra wires (red, black) doing?

That is power on switch.

Do you happen to have a raspberry pi laying around you can also test the pHat with? if you do and it till doesn’t behave as expected it is likely a dead pHat
