Setting the BR-SC11A Bluetooth module LED's

Hi,

I’m trying to get my BR-SC11A Bluetooth module to work but i have been having some problems. Could anyone tell me how to set up some LED’s on the BR-SC11A module? Do i need to add any resistors, transistors etc…

Do i just connect the positive side of the LED to the BR-SC11A and the negative side to ground? Do i need to send any commands to the module to set up the ports?

Can any one help?

Hello again.

What i meant to ask was: is it possible to attach a LED on the BR-SC11A Bluetooth module so that you can see when data has been sent or received. Is this possible or will i have to look at getting something like an ossciliscope to see if data has been sent or not?

I don’t have much electronic experience so I’m a little lost.
