Greetings,

I put together the kit and it is not working 100%.

When connected to my Nano, it IS making the onboard relay led blink, and I am hearing a soft almost ‘chime’ sound,

but no hearty metalic ‘click’ of relay contacts connecting. I connected an extension cord etc. just like the example, and when that didnt work I removed the wires and used my multi meter with one probe on the screw connector and the second on Common and then NO and then NC and nothing. I dont seem to have any next steps that I can figure out myself, so any help would be appeciated.

With everything powered down, first make sure you have continuity between Common and NC.

Then, remove or bypass the controller and simply use a 5-6V DC power supply to VCC. Use a snip of wire to bridge the VCC terminal to Control and listen for the relay activating.
