I purchased 7 SHT15 sensors and one of them reports 0% RH in a 60% environment. Is it possible to exchange it for a working unit?

Glad to help, Joe. Although this is the “Support Forum”, anything that involves missing orders, defective parts, etc. is handled directly by SparkFun customer support. The forum is mostly a members helping members model and occasionally someone from SparkFun or Olimex will pop in to impart some wisdom.
