SHT15 not working right

I purchased 7 SHT15 sensors and one of them reports 0% RH in a 60% environment. Is it possible to exchange it for a working unit?

It will be faster to email support at sparkfun dot com and ask them directly.

Glad to help, Joe. Although this is the ā€œSupport Forumā€, anything that involves missing orders, defective parts, etc. is handled directly by SparkFun customer support. The forum is mostly a members helping members model and occasionally someone from SparkFun or Olimex will pop in to impart some wisdom.
