Circuit #13 - Relays. I think there is an error in the manual. How can i verify this? Red Jumper wire i13-e22 should be i14-e22.

Well, if you look at the drawing of the relay of this example then you can see into which row the relay-pins stick into. As there is no relay pin stuck into row 14 in the drawing then there is no point in sticking the red wire there.
Whether the pin layout of your relay matches with the one in the example drawing is found by looking to the underside of the relay. It’s not possible to verify from the video where the relay pin comes out at.
