I assume you’re talking about BatchPCB? They use Goldphoenix, who I have used several times in the past. I have used text that size without issue, but I wouldn’t go any smaller.

It’s a rather compact design, surface mount.

Got the board.
They did a great job with the silkscreen.
Registration was just a bit off in some places (minor) but still a very good job.

wow, it took over a month to get it? Glad BatchPCB is moving to OSH Park. You’ll get boards in half the time.
Actually I was still in design mode when I asked the question. I submitted the design April 3.
Haven’t populated the board yet, waiting for parts. But under a Mantis X6 all looks good.
