No idea which forum to post this on.
Tried it on the “Kits” forum with no results.
Would be great if Sparkfun had a kit to control a single servo.
Something simple.
I am an old fart and do not need to learn arduino or any of that other stuff.
I just want to control the position and speed of a single servo.
I need something like your analog joystick, or some slider or something that I could mount to the joystick on my tractor.
While my hand is on the joystick controlling the front bucket on my tractor, I would like to be able to use my index finger to also control a single servo.
And be able to control the position of the servo.
Right now I am using the Sparkfun servo trigger board to do it.
I have an inverter on my tractor to plug the power supply into.
But that is only a basic full movement and return type of control.
The only control I really have is using the trimpot to slow it down and keep pressing on the trigger to try and hold it at a certain position while also trying to control where my bucket is.
I could not find where Sparkfun made something like that,…or if you do…or where…

I need to “Easily” control the speed and position of a “single” servo. R/C Airplane type…
The control for the servo will be mounted on the joystick that controls the front end loader on my tractor.
With the control mounted on the joystick,…
I need to easily be able to use it with my right hand index finger.
Anyone up for a challenge?
