slight Voltage observed when Jtag connected

Hi,

I have been observing a voltage drop whenever i connect my ARM-USB_TINY jtag to my development board. The setup is something like this,

  1. I connected my developmentboard to a 5 Volt power supply.

  2. I checked the voltages at the microcontrollers, it comes out 3.4 which is as expected after the regulator.

  3. I switch off the power supply connect the jtag and power the board again.

  4. Even now the voltages are exactly as desired.

  5. When i finally flash the board, the voltage drops to 4.8 volts.

The voltage drops is hardly 0.2V, but still it should remain stable at 5.0Volts. Not sure if this is a serious problem.

The board is flashed successfully and it works fine. Is this a serious problem. Do you think there might be something wrong with the JTAG or the board.
