With above stepper what would the max rpm be with no gear box.

Could a uln2003 driver be used or is something better.

Any example Arduino sketches available.

But in the datasheet, only torque is available. Can’t see the RPM. Hope sparkfun will answer.

Steppers are made for precision rather than speed, max RPM will be low, maybe a few hundred RPM at most. A UNL2003 will work but you’d be better off using a dedicated stepper driver like an Easydriver.
