SMD Components on Bottom???

Is there a way in eagle to put components on the bottom layer of the board?

Use the ‘mirror’ command. It’s a button on the left toolbar. Select you part and it will flip to the bottom and turn blue (blue is the default bottom layer colour).

Or you can pick it up with the move command/button and middle click with the mouse
