This isn’t a complaint thread, I’m just wondering. My order was placed about 15 minutes after free day ended, and it’s still in ‘new order’ status. I know there was an unprecedented number of orders, and they’re being processed on a first-come bases, but how’s it looking?

Send customer support an email - I did and they let me know when my order would ship (Today).
I just got a shipment notice about 15 minutes ago.

Got my shipment notice on Friday too. And I did receive a prompt response from customer service earlier in the week when I made an inquiry.
Can’t wait to get my new toys!!! My robot needs to go wireless!!!
The free-day shipment notices seem to be delayed…i got mine and my order status was updated to “shipped” from “label printed” about a day after fedex dropped it off to my door
