That was just what I needed, I had actually sent support message to cancel my order earlier due to uncertainty with the delivery date and our timelines but thanks to your update, I think that will no longer be required. Same, i have ordered a jetson nano on Feb 3rd, and no responses so far
Ok, so the new order just needs to be paid (the original wasn’t billed either) - log into the SparkFun site and take care of that and it’ll be sent ASAP; there are 3 shipments that we are awaiting due to arrive in the next 3 weeks, though I cannot promise when the distributor will send us stock
For a Feb 3 order I’d guess sometime in March/April, but I am purely guessing
Got it, I am currently logged in but the order isn’t showing up on My Orders. Maybe it is related to the issue regarding existing back orders not showing up on the new website? Or am I searching for payment on the wrong tab?
I’d guess the latter; as the new order is ~3 weeks old (post migration)…it might be under ‘cart’ or similar? Or also try checking your email for a notification/link to pay

Looking through emails, I was able to find an order status link for my original backorder as well as an invoice link. I tried updating the link with the new order number (i.e. https://www.sparkfun.com/orders/10651051) but could not return a page. I put in a support ticket to see if I can make payment through there but is there anywhere else I can look? Cart and all the other tabs did not have the order.
