Status update on backordered item, no response so far

Good morning, I sent a few messages to support over the past two weeks but haven’t received a response yet. The order (backorder #10,641,336) was placed nearly a month ago so I would like receive an update/timeline on when it will be shipped/delivered. Let me know!

It looks like you’re in the next batch estimated to arrive to us on Jan 30, so likely the by the first week of Feb to you :slight_smile:

Excellent, thank you Russell! Appreciate you looking into it. That was just what I needed, I had actually sent support message to cancel my order earlier due to uncertainty with the delivery date and our timelines but thanks to your update, I think that will no longer be required. Thanks again and looking forward to being your customers in the future.
