Hi,

I’m from South Africa and saw one of these boards in a local online store.

SparkFun Power Delivery Board - USB-C (Qwiic)

I am planning to get a 250w 24v solar panel and power 2 chargers from it.

  1. Step down buck converter to 18v to charge my power station.

  2. Step down buck converter to 20v to power one of these boards to be able to charge my laptop which needs a 45w usb pd charger.

Will your board work with a solar & Step down converter input?

Yes, that will work fine

HI, I got one of these boards but I think I might have made a mistake, I need to use this board to charge my USB C Laptop, I want to power the board using a power input from an Solar panel. After watching the video again it looks like this board takes USBC Power in but not USBC power out?
