I would like to know if anyone has made an Eagle .lib file for this , with footprint. Not to make the board from scratch, I want to make this breakout a part of my board that will control it.

Hey thanks, I was not clear in my post and at second thought is might be a stupid idea. I wanted to put the foot print of the assembled board onto my board and have the I/O lines as the pin outs. That way the space under the assembled fm tuner board would be reserved in the exact footprint. I think I will just have a 10 pin connector out line and label it myself. then solder a 10 pin sip connector to the fm board and plug it into the connector.
