SparkFun Load Cell Amplifier HX711 SEN-13879 - set for 80 sps

I haven’t been able to find how to set the sample rate of the SparkFun Load Cell Amplifier - HX711 SEN-13879. I see the pads on the underside but haven’t found a key to the setting.

Is no modification = 10 or 80 sps?

Is the change made by cutting between the pads or by adding jumper?

Schematic has the answer to your question.

Rate jumper: Default: Closed - Data rate set to 10SPS

Open jumper to set to 80SPS

Increases noise per read

You need to cut the thin trace between the two jumper pads to change the rate to 80. If you want to set it back to 10, a small blob of solder connecting both pads will do.
