SparkFun RTK Express the screen does not turn on and I can not configure the ESP32

The equipment shows the coordinates, the problem is that the screen does not turn on and I cannot enter to reset through CONFIG ESP32.

It shows me this message:

Try updating the firmware via these instructions https://learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials/sp … tomization - it might be helpful to check the “enter safe mode” option on the firmware configuration menu/screen
