SPARKFUN RTK EXPRESS THE SCREEN DOES NOT TURN ON AND I CAN NOT CONFIGURE THE ESP32

The equipment shows the coordinates, the problem is that the screen does not turn on and I cannot enter to reset through CONFIG ESP32.

It shows me this message:

That’s what’s reported by the ESP32 when it doesn’t have firmware. You can read how to load firmware here: https://sparkfun.github.io/SparkFun_RTK … re_update/

I recommend the GUI if you’re a Windows user.
