When power is supplied I get a blinking status light and a blank oled display. No connections show up on the serial ports. Am I dead?

Apologies. It does sound as if something has gone very badly wrong. Even if the ESP32 had not been programmed with firmware, you should still be able to see the serial (COM) port when you connect to the CONFIG ESP32 USB connector. Please complete a return request and we will resolve this a quickly as possible:
