Does anybody know - is it possible to load a custom firmware to the STM32 inside the torch?
Or maybe the bootload of the STM32 will only accept signed firmwares from Sparkfun?
The STM32 in the Torch is full programable. We don’t do any kind of hashes or checks. Docs on updating the firmware are here. I encourage you to have some fun - I don’t think you can do any unrecoverable damage. You should be able to revert back to our stock LoRa firmware if need be.
