Sparkfun stm32 thing plus "device not found" error

Hello,

I got a Sparkfun stm32 thing plus and was following this guide

and followed the notice "IMPORTANT In order to upload code via the DFU Bootloader, you will need to press and hold the Boot Button, then press the Reset Button, then release the Reset Button, then release the Boot Button. "

but still can not upload anything.

Should I first connect to the USB, then press boot0, then select upload or a different order?

Can you clarify when exactly must the buttons/GUi be pressed?
