Looks like the pads on this are way too tight together to pass the SFE design rules. Anyone know if it actually works with BatchPCB, or have one that does? Eagle doesn’t seem to let you do much to customize the pads. Round, square, long, octagon, that’s it.

Yeah, I figured that out last night. Would up grabbing the Molex footprint from the Adafruit library, adjusting it to comply better with the Molex datasheet, and then reducing the rest-ring setting so that Eagle wouldn’t enlarge the pads.
Wish there was a way to tell Eagle to ignore the rest-ring stuff for a specific pad/footprint/part. As it stands, if you do reduce it, you have to look at every other pad in the board to see if the “auto” pad diameter is set and fix it if it is.

Yeah. Well I want to change the settings in mine, but first I have to work out why the guy who started this board changed them in the first place…
