Stepoko CNC Board Activation Code

I am a member of FIRST Robotics Competition team 4096, the Ninjaneers. We have a Sparkfun Shapeoko kit, or at least the Stepoko control board (https://www.sparkfun.com/products/13899). It has been sitting in our workshop for multiple years. When it was purchased, a student assembled the machine, however, they never got it to work. I have figured out the issue, but it’s not fixable on our end.

This board requires an activation code in order to use it with Carbide Motion, the standard control software for Shapeokos. Unfortunately, we have lost access to the email which the activation code was sent to due to people leaving the team.

Does anyone know if there any way we could get another activation code? The alternative would be purchasing another $135 control board.

After contacting Sparkfun support, I found out that Carbide 3D supplies the code, so if anyone who needs a code finds this, contact their support.
