I have prototype board STM32-P103 from OLIMEX based on STM32F103RBT6.
Can any one tell me the max current rating of its I/O pins? i cant find this data in datasheet.

Guess you are not looking very hard.
Page 29/53 of the datasheet states absolute max of 25mA.
But read the notes for the limitations on individual gpio.

ya i have missed that part in datasheet.
anyway … another problem.
actually…i wanna connect usart1 of this board to my PC through MAX232 for serial flash loading (Max 3232 or any other 3.3v level shifter is not available in my locality).
Now, that i want to make a zener voltage divider to connect R1OUT of Max232 to the Rx pin of MCU.
Now my qstn is that wht wud be value of the resistor to be used for this voltage divider?
