I just received the STR-750-STK DEVELOPMENT BOARD in the mail. I am trying to figure out how to communicate with it. The only other experience I have communicating with microcontrollers was with the HC11 Through hyperterminal or Axide3. When communicating with the HC11, buffalo was allready on the EPROM. Im wondering if this development board has the same sort of feature. Can I communicate through serial, USB, or do I have to use the JTAG connection. Any help, references and or advice would be appreciated.
The str750 does have serial bootloader on it, but generally for programming/debugging a jtag connection is the preferred way.
Cheers
Spen
Thank you for your advice, I have a JTAG connector on the way.
