Yes you do have links to the data sheets - but I am new to reading data sheets so it would be very helpful to those of us that are not EE’s to have the amount of current that each device can safely switch or handle.

I went through the sheets for the two MOS devices and still could not determine how much I could safely switch

Hi Saildude.

I’m afraid we can only simplify the documentation so much and the data sheets contain everything you need to determine how much current can be passed through MOSFETs in the kit. We do have a [tutorial on data sheets that might be helpful to review but you’re probably going to need to get a book on MOSFETs and study up on terminology to fully understand what’s being presented in the data sheet.

Pay special attention to the section in the data sheets titled Absolute Maximum Ratings as that should contain the information you’re looking for.](https://www.sparkfun.com/tutorials/223)
